Meet Dr. Jason Wasylyk: The Heart and Soul Behind Ambrosi Place Dental
Dr. Jason
The man who makes everyone’s smiles better at Ambrosi Place Dental is Jason Wasylyk, DDS.
As a teen, Dr. Jason wanted to be a lead guitar player in a band. Upon realizing that wasn’t going to happen he went to school to become a surgeon. He completed two years of pre-med and received his bachelor of Medical Science with distinction in 1993. He realized he wouldn’t have much of a personal life as a surgeon, so he switched to dentistry and married the love of his life. In 1997 he graduated, and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery with Distinction from the University of Alberta.
Upon graduating he moved to the Okanagan where he mentored under his brother, friend and role model Dr. Mark Wasylyk.
In 2006, he designed and built Ambrosi Place Dental Care. His greatest treasures in life are his three children. He credits his family as being the reason he can achieve balance in a hectic world.

Originally here to cover someone on maternity leave, Kate never left and is now a permanent part of the Ambrosi Place Dental family. Kate is calm, caring, and gentle and is perfectly paired with patients who are nervous about their visit to the dentist.
Kate loves to spend her personal time with her husband. They love to enjoy life in the Okanagan and go camping, fishing, and boating whenever possible.
